I feel some of theses lady's did not have the best pic out of their albums to represent them.

i tried to pick the best vertical photo for each girl.. (horizontal photos end up being smaller and get less votes).

I don't get how this works. How can one person be the winner if there is no second or third rounds? Should be a bracket

it's pretty simple. lets say in this one there are 26 photos. each person voting gets a random match up of 13 pairs where they select the winning photo. if a photo has been in say 100 match-ups and was picked as the winner in 60 of them, they get a winning percentage of 60% (60/100, the numbers in the brackets). since the match-ups are random for everyone, with enough plays you can use the winning percentage to get a very accurate listing of best to worst.
